Reviewing a Targeted Approach for Preparing Our Business for the Canadian Market
Decisions and Responsibilities:
1. Development Contracts
Following Dr. Chehrei’s recommendations, Mr. Etemadfar and Mr. Moeinimehr prepared a new development contract aimed at enhancing the application based on insights from earlier marketing campaigns, collected feedback, and market research.
A new management, redesign, and SEO contract was also developed by Mr. Etemadfar and Mr. Moeinimehr, based on Ms. Rashti’s previous report and suggestion
Mr. Etemadfar finalized and signed both contracts
To ensure intellectual property (IP) protection, Mr. Etemadfar and Mr. Moeinimehr consulted IP professionals and integrated measures such as NDAs and explicit ownership clauses into all contracts.
2. Applicaal Application Upgrades
Dr. Chehrei demonstrated the upgraded desktop web application and mobile responsive version.
These upgrades enhanced accessibility, product logic, and overall user experience, in alignment with established design standards such as Perceptibility, Operability, and Comprehensibility noted in the January 2025 progress report.
The updated interface is now more user-friendly and visually appealing.
Both web versions have been launched on the official domain to establish trust and ensure a consistent user experience.
Development of Android and iOS versions will proceed as per the contract timeline.
The service recommendation logic has evolved from a proximity-based model to a multidisciplinary approach, factoring in availability, service delivery mode (in-clinic, at-home, telemedicine), provider ratings, and distance.
Improvements were made in design aesthetics, graphics, and application structure.
Telemedicine services were added to support specific healthcare needs.
The service list within the application was expanded.
Online contracts with healthcare providers were revised to include terms of service, provider responsibilities, privacy policies, liability clauses, and authorized representative declarations.
A summarized service overview for patients was introduced within the app.
An welcomed onboarding process was added to explain the app’s features and benefits.
Providers can now specify service delivery settings (in-clinic, at-home, telemedicine) individually, with separate availabilities for each.
An ‘About Us’ section was included to present the team and company values.
A ‘News’ page was launched to highlight product updates and company developments, with integrated links to all social media platforms.
All enhancements are aligned with the prototype version and business plan.
