Meeting Minutes – Applicaal – July 16, 2025

Meeting Subject:

    • Reviewing a Targeted Approach to Prepare Our Business for the Canadian Market

Decisions and Responsibilities:

1. Applicaal Application Upgrades

  • Dr. Chehrei demonstrated some minor issues in the upgraded desktop web
    application and the mobile-responsive version based on feedback received.
  • He reported related modifications made to address these issues.
  • The Android version of the application is now ready and has been released on the
    Applicaal website.
  • Dr. Chehrei presented the features of the Android version. Efforts were made to align
    it with the web version. The app is now available for download on Android mobile
    devices.
  • To publish the Android version on Google Play, a developer account is required. Dr.
    Etemadfar reported certain challenges in creating the account. He and Mr.
    Moeinimehr will investigate further and take action toward publishing the app on
    Google Play.
  • Development of the iOS version is also underway. Dr. Chehrei reported that it is
    being developed similarly to the other versions. To launch it on the website and the
    Apple Store, an Apple Developer Account is needed.
  • Dr. Etemadfar and Mr. Moeinimehr are assigned to explore the process of creating
    an iOS developer account and to proceed with releasing the iOS version both on the
    website and Apple Store once the account is ready.
  • Upgrades to the manager panel features and content were discussed. Ms. Rashti
    and Dr. Chehrei will investigate improvements across all versions of the application.

2. Website and Social Media

  • Ms. Rashti reported on the status of the website and social media platforms,
    including growth in followers on LinkedIn and Instagram, increased website traffic,
    frequency of social media posts, and blog content on the website.
  • The team discussed additional strategies for penetrating relevant social media
    forums to enhance business representation.

3. Future Plans

  • Ms. Rashti suggested consulting a Canadian regulatory expert to explore the
    licensing requirements for operating the business in Canada.
  • Dr. Etemadfar presented some B2B target groups and will continue researching and
    categorizing potential clinics and companies as target audiences.
  • Ms. Rashti will focus on identifying online B2C opportunities and prepare a list for the
    next meeting.
  • Mr. Moeinimehr and Dr. Chehrei will research market fit strategies for the new
    version of the application.
